Appeals can be excluded by law which is not a legal code. Paragraph 7 of the Envelope Bank (Staff) Service Regulations, 1961, generally had no provision for approval of the use of the word or a denial of study leave because the ordinance meant normal, normal, ordinary and reasonable bank error. The statute relied on para 7 of the Estacod Appellant was appointed on 11 11 1987 and his leave was passed on 22 8 1992, thus less than five years, four months while serving with the bank Supreme Court. The impugned decision of the Service Tribunal was set aside. The order of the bank, in this case, directs the bank to give such leave to the appellant from 269 1992 to 15 8 1993 on full salary as per law and rules.
