Section 21 Pre-Final Right to Failure to Provide Court Fees Reduction Opportunity, Trial for Non-Contempt of Claimant's Jurisdiction The second appeal filed by the pre-emptor was based on the premise that without giving the pre-emptor an opportunity to create a good deficit in the court fee, the case could not be dismissed and the pre-emptor could meet the reduction of the court fee. The importer can only be given a chance, it cannot be held. The justification view taken by the High Court for compromising on the direction of the court was correct and justified, saying that it should not be interfered with by the Supreme Court.
