Section 9 (c) Evidence for review of intoxicants The convictions taken by the accused were properly noted for reviewing the evidence on record on the prescribed principles of law, 10 kg from the possession of the accused. The maximum sentence, the sentence could be sentenced to life imprisonment only, which was the minimum punishment provided for the offense under Section 9 (c) of the Drug Control Act 1997, hence, this decision I did not ask for any intervention for which the accused had sought them. The delay of 600 days in filing the appeal could not be proved by them, which resulted in the appeal being rejected due to lack of competence and timely ban.
