MUHAMMAD ARSHAD KHOKHAR versus MRS. ZOHRA KHANUM

Section 13 (2) (i) application for withdrawal is permissible for a delay of 2/3 days in the submission of rent for four consecutive months in two years. The West Pakistan Urban Restriction Ordinance, used in section 13 (2) of 1959, that the tenant was collecting the rent himself after obtaining permission from the tenant controller record, does not indicate that 2/3 days This type of default was either intentional or deliberately late to submit rent. During such a long period some opportunities would be unnecessary, except that when the tenant collected the rent for three consecutive months in a single payment, the tenant did not commit the default offense in paying the rent.
