R 8 Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 1974), application for appointment on the basis of section 42 (12) agreement, was initially temporarily appointed as primary teacher on different dates on contract basis, On the basis of a general directive of the Prime Minister from time to time, the extension of the contract of appointment of the relevant Selection Committee through advertisement and verification of vacancies, the applicants sought permanent participation / endorsement through writ petitions before the High Court. The purpose is to validate the basic orders of validity. The applicants claimed that regularization of the service was completely temporary and all subsequent orders were temporary as well. In all these orders, it was clearly imposed that the vacant posts were advertised. And will be ordered to be included permanently by the relevant selection committee. The applicants for selection on the merit were those who accepted the conditions imposed on the orders, they could not take different sides and prove each other wrong. If the service of another person was regulated against the law, it did not benefit the applicants, the High Court had rightly directed that termination of all such illegal orders by the applicant's lawyer. The point was emphasized that the directive issued by the prime minister should be put into practice because it was issued by a competent authority; any such directive of the prime minister could be implemented by the courts of law.
