ZEAL PAK CEMENT FACTORY LTD. versus EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (ENFORCEMENT)

Section 231 Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act (XLII of 1997), section 33 accounts book inspection was filed against the appeal against the order of the executive director of the commission which passed the inspection of the company's account books. It was not a care order order issued solely to detect exchange ratios but they stated other principles for inspection inspection under section 231 (1) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984. Was a fact-finding process and was basically an administrative order that resulted in no prejudice to the appellant I was. Inappropriate order and appeal under section 33 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 was not upheld.
