SHAZIA BAIG versus SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN
The Ordinance of Section 34 Companies (XLVII of 1984), Section 7 Appeals to Care Appeal Employees were employees of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, who were given high potential but were not promoted in relation to companies. The valid orders of the commission passed were considered in section 34 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act 1997, and a decree issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of India in connection with its internal affairs or matters relating to officers or employees thereof. The application of section 34 of the Pakistan Act 1997 was limited. Regarding the companies involved under the Companies Ordinance, 1984, the order of the Commission is based on the fact that the appellant was granted high capacity for a particular year, without any consideration he was entitled to be promoted to the next cadre and Neither was there any provision for compelling the Commission to advertise persons who were granted the highest potential at any time. The publicity employee was not entitled to appeal. Refused to intervene in the matter under section 34 of the Appeal was dismissed in the circumstances
