Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 364, 452, 506 (2), 147 and 148 of abduction or kidnapping, domestic misdemeanor and criminal threatening conviction, without further appreciation of the provisional evidence without further appreciation of the court. The assessment revealed that there was a further investigation into the involvement of one of the accused in the case, who was the real father of the alleged kidnapper. And likewise the involvement of another accused who was the real brother of the other accused and the uncle of the abduction case, the CRPC accused, under sub-section ()) of section 749, was granted bail. Gone, they had to fall into the category of further investigation.
