Section 497 (2) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 354A & 353, to prevent a woman from assaulting or using her criminal power and discharging her duty of public servant from her clothing, assault or criminal force, Further clearance of bail will be drawn in the provisions of Section 354A, PPC inquiry where the victim was stripped of her clothes and was treated in the public eye. The facts alleged in the FIR did not prove to be a crime under Section 354A, and further bail was granted in the PPC case of the accused.
