PUNHOON JAFFERY versus STATE

Section 497 (2) Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 302/324/148/149 Qutil AMD, burglary with deadly weapons, further investigation found the accused innocent in police investigation. No case has been filed so far as its name is not included in the challan in the accused persons' column, but it appears in column number 2 of the challan as the investigating officer's opinion was lacking against the investigating agency. Definitely not legal evidence, but because of the prosecution's profits, it is the truth of the prosecutor's case at the inquiry.
