The opposition notice for registration of Sections 15 and 76 of the trademark was that after the opposition's complete sanctions were removed, the registrar could not order the defendant's request to proceed with the declaration of E4's accuracy Order of respondents to proceed with registration of E4 Declaration as no such declaration was ordered by the Deputy Registrar against whom the opposition had filed opposition through the Registrar. The order placed could not be retained, therefore, the order was passed on the E4 withdrawal limit and the deputy Order was restored at this point of the Registrar accordingly the appeal was disposed of \ r \ n
