During the meeting, the respondents had no experience and even vacant posts were available but the authorities refused to issue an appointment order in their favor. The respondents had no special qualifications, yet they were not interviewed. Higher numbers were given. It was unacceptable that only the selected candidates deserved a higher rank; however, one of the selected candidates did not join the list and yet the petitioner was appointed he has been satisfactorily for more than three years. The family was working as a welfare worker in charge and had experience in the service. Therefore, deserving of better treatment by the members of the selection committee, which is on the list of merits and interviews prepared by the authorities, the selection committee's High Court directed the authorities to file a complaint against one of the vacant posts. Appoint the applicant and further advise the Selection Committee to be cautious in the future and the constitutional application to allow the candidates to provide the marks in a fair and equitable manner.
