By the competent court, the applicant had a civil suit to claim his title on the treated property and not the provisions of section 12 (2) CPC, which led to the absence of which the judgment / order was examined. There was limited space. Jurisdiction, fraud and misrepresentation The applicant did not charge any fraud against the defendant in obtaining the orders, but the facts were otherwise the applicant failed to point out that by approving an unreasonable order. In any way, no scope was found in the impugned order for wrong reading and non-reading of evidence. The constitutional petition was rejected in the circumstances.
