But he did sell it by playing cheating. Defendants of the disputed property filed a lawsuit and filed written statements. The trial court dismissed the plaintiff's appellate court case, on appeal, the trial court reversed and affirmed the case and had no son, daughter or wife while other witnesses stated that without recording the plaintiff's statement. The power of attorney was executed because the plaintiff had never appeared before the sub-registrar and the power of attorney was executed only after another inquiry. Defendant was a matter of concealment of facts and misrepresentation.
