Article 199 Constitution Petition Judesta, the principle of the application cable power company, rejected the applicant's request for a new electrical connection and meter. Applicants concealed their claim dismissal and appeal by the courts below instead of meeting the connection installation requirements through their affidavit. The applicant had filed the present constitutional petition that the petitioner's complaint had already been decided by the civil court, it could not be inculcated in the constitutional jurisdiction by hiding the relevant facts under the rule of the judiciary. A similar question or dispute which was settled by the High Court in the constitutional jurisdiction cannot then be raised in a civil court.
