Remanded to Section 265F, the CCPC recorded the confessional statement of the accused and sentenced him to death recklessly by acting in haste, the accused made a special plea for the murder of his victim. The prosecution was obliged to record the evidence. To ascertain the guilt and its apparent value by the accused, as he could have been sentenced to death as a result of his guilt, the trial court's failure to prove his guilt I was unsuccessful and the case was remanded. The trial court, under section 37 6 (under), gave the CRPC a confidential statement on the same charge from the stage of making a confessional statement.
