Article 29 and Schedule I, Serial No. 31 (b), [Constitution as Punjab Finance Act, 1997] Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitution Petition Exchange Duty Stamp Duty Petitioner exchanged his property and objected to the objection raised by the Registrar. In exchange, the stamp duty was to be paid in respect of the value of both the properties, in accordance with the Punjab Finance Act, 1997, valid under item number 31 (b) of Schedule I of the Stamp Act, 1899. The stamp duty was to be set. The determination of stamp duty value on the basis of the highest value of the property is that the petitioners were obliged to pay stamp duty on the basis of the valuation of the high value property, the applicant has already declared the highest value of the property according to the authorities. The pass stamp duty was submitted. Authorities had no legitimate option to demand stamp duty or refuse to return the exchange based on the total value of the two properties. Applicants are required to pay stamp duty on applicant exchange agreement based on the aggregate value of the two properties, if they paid stamp duty in accordance with the Registrar's largest Value Act property.
