JAVED versus STATE

Sections 6 (k), 7 and 25 (8) of the Code of Conduct (XLV of 1860), sections 385, 386 and 506b of the Criminal Code (v. 1898), section 561A (extortion of money) conviction. The trial court sentenced the High Court Bar to jurisdiction over the suspension of the suspension of his sentence and sentenced him to five years imprisonment. Its appeal was to be decided within 7 days and more than two years have passed and more time will be required to hear this appeal. Resolution, as there was a huge backlog of such appeals before, after which the accused remained in jail for a period of time since his arrest was considered by the High Court to be a difficult matter and suspended the circumstances.
