Article 199 Constitutional petitioner challenged the cancellation of admission to MBA saying that because of his age, admission of admission would result in loss of public money. The accused was not mentioned who mentioned his exact date of birth on the application form. If the applicant was found to be incompetent, his request should have been rejected at an early stage so that he could have a chance. Apply for admission to another course or due to negligence of a degree, the University staff checked the applicant's request. The constitutional application was directed to the University to allow the applicant to rejoin his education in the MBA program. \ r \ n
