The candidate's dispute was that the authorities had to include the certificate in his application. Was not allowed The candidate's moderation was not obtained from the record, even if the candidate had applied his Hifz Quran certificate on his request, he could not be considered a candidate for the Hifz Qur'an because according to the prescribed criteria, the candidate would have been required. Was required to get a score of at least 75% or higher, who were eligible for the Hifz Quran Test. The candidate obtained only 5727 57 weighing marks, therefore, he was ineligible to be called for a test; the candidate failed to establish or make a case for interference of the High Court in the constitutional jurisdiction hearing.
