Section 42 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act (XVII of 1967), sections 57 and 172 (2) (vi) of the Civil Code (V 1908), O VII, R 11 the plaintiff filed a claim for the declaration on the basis that it Owns it. The plaintiffs' contention that the disputed property and sale change entries were wrong and that on the basis of fraud, the defendants sued and filed an application under OVII, R 11, CPC, stating that the provisions of section 172 (2) This case has been withheld. vi) The trial court of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, dismissed the defendants' plea, while the reviewing court allowed and dismissed section 42 of the Special Relief Act, 1877, and section 553 of West Pakistan by law. ????? The Land Revenue Act, 1967 provided a remedy for the affected person to approach the civil court through a statement of false entry in the record of rights affecting his rights, by the amending court under O VII, R 11. Jurisdictional exercise In relation to the jurisdiction of the Civil Court under Section 172 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, the CPC is against a law which was not a sustained matter requiring proof through the production of evidence. Should not be rejected as such. But that did not happen after the formulation of the cases and the entry of the final and contradictory records of the evidence allowed the High Court a constitutional petition and set a controversial injunction to dismiss the plaintiff's case in light of the said observations. The case was referred to the trial court for decision.
