Applicants have been instructed by the authorities to supply natural gas disputes between the federal and provincial governments in order to maintain the Articles 158, 172 (3), 184 (1) and 199 of the Constitution, in accordance with the mandate of Article 158 of the Constitution. Could not sue for Instructing constitutional jurisdictions to comply with the letter and spirit of Article 158, the constitution allowed gas supply to deal with applicants and all stakeholders in the province.
