Section 497 (2) Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 392 Robbery Bail, Further Investigation Cash Grant, Ticketing Tractor and Trolley Recovery were stolen and the accused's name included in Rs. 95,000 in cash and FIR. Unidentified gun was recovered from suspect's possession during interrogation: Nothing was available on the investigation records to link the recovered cash or gun to the crime, investigation of the matter was finalized and challan was presented. Therefore, the accused did not have to be physically detained. On such occasion, a further investigation into his crime bail is sought for the accused against the accused for investigative purposes.
