MUNIR HUSSAIN versus CHANGAZ KHAN

A. XLI, R 19 Demarcation Act (IX of 1908), Article 5 and Article 168 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) application for re-entry of appeal for delay of one (1) year and ten (10) prosecution. Deleted. Day, petitioner's request that the delay and restraint by the courts be ignored by the courts while such application was rejected by the High Court while administering justice. Or the disclosure of the day and day of the information about the removal of the appeal will create a right in the opposition to such a prejudice, which cannot be overlooked lightly, to maintain the judicial balance. Dismissed such application and dismissed the appeal for leave of appeal.
