Institutions that include the administration, academics, and the terms and conditions of their employees were served manually by the Board of Governors Air Force's manual at every school or college of PAF and the management managing committee was responsible for the control of each institution, In which Air Force officers included the parents' representatives of the students, Syed Dasti called each institution a self-financing institution, relying on the funds collected as tuition fees and associated charges. The funds of such companies were non-government funds. The Chairman of the Managing Committee was responsible for the purpose of accounting for all financial organizations and has the authority to appoint, certify, promote, dismiss and dismiss the employees in such an institution with the administrative affairs of such management.
