‑Through application under section 34 the applicant Management wants the enforcement of the rights secured to it that the workers may not resort to strike save in accordance with the provisions of law. Through applica tion under section 45 they want us to prohibit the strike. A notice of the application was served on the respondent‑Union. General Secretary Khan bas appeared in response to the notice. He admits that no notice required under the law was served for proceeding on strike. In these circumstances I prohibit the continuance of strike till the disposal of the application under section 34 of Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969.
