‑Cancellation of registration of Trade Union Union failing to file annual return and not appearing before Court to contest application---Application of registrar for permission to cancel registration, in circumstances, accepted.
‑Through these applications the Registrar of Trade Unions, Karachi, seeks permission to cancel the registration of the respondent Unions. The respon dent Unions Yousuf Textile Mills Mazdoor Union and Hotel Intercontinental Employees' Union were served. No one ha appeared for them. Other respondents are nut traceable. These Unions have not filed annual return for the year 1969. In these circumstances I will direct the Registrar of Trade Unions, Karachi, to cancel the registration of these Unions.
