HAQ NAWAZ versus HAJI GHULAM FARID

The Section 21 pre-emption High Financial Rights suits filed by the former court in their favor were decided by the court in their favor that they were joint partners in the accounts and fraudulent, but the lower appellate court upheld the decision. Reversed and the lower appellate approved the court was set aside by the High Court and the judgment and decree passed by the trial court were restored. The Supreme Court refused to intervene in the decision and the order passed by the High Court of Appeal was rejected.
