Section 2 (2 (b) / & 34 & 7 397 / Ord West West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 65l e), Section 13 Qatil Emad, attempted robbery with intent to cause death, possessing unlicensed firearms. Evidence of evidence was not cleared of any crime. The pistol recovered from the accused had nothing to do with the identification parade that occurred 26 days after the arrest of the accused, especially in the presence of any objection by the accused. I was also shown the prosecution's witnesses at the police station.Otherwise, the identity parade was held only with regard to the last seen evidence and the main criminal transaction of the murder. Oh, I had failed to prove its case beyond reasonable doubt against the prosecution of suspects, the accused were acquitted in the case.
