FAISAL MEHMOOD versus STATE

Article 302 (b) Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) Qatal Ahmad accused was convicted and convicted of six counts of murder in the second offense and for murdering children of his age. The death was pronounced. The case was based on the accused's extra-judicial confession and in the final evidence the accused was granted leave by the Supreme Court to examine whether the evidence presented by the prosecution was sufficient to uphold his conviction.
