A. XLI, R 27 The appellate court dismissed the request for additional evidence as part of the preparation of additional evidence. Earlier, during the trial, during the course of the trial, the applicant did not submit any request for submission of documents to be presented as additional evidence, yet he was available before filing the case. And he could have filed the same case, but he failed to tender those documents; the applicant, under the circumstances, was not entitled to be allowed to submit the above documents at a later stage. For good and sound reasons, the High Court did not require any interference in exercising its jurisdiction over the amended jurisdiction.
