In decent societies, the applicant, who is a retired employee of the state railway, considered the state's primary responsibility, running behind state workers to pay for the money that he had purchased from the railway hospital doctor's advice. Because injections / medicines were not available at the hospital which would otherwise need to be provided by the hospital authorities, the applicant was entitled to pay the bills for locally purchased medicines / injections, as On the advice of a doctor at the Railway Hospital, the High Court had directed the authorities to prescribe the prescription. Tailored be paid in the amount spent by the applicant. In such cases, constitutional application of railway hospital doctor injections / medicines is allowed.
