COMMISSIONER INLAND REVENUE, ZONE-II, MULTAN versus CHICAGO METAL WORKS, INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, MULTAN

Section 129 (1) (b) and 170 Workers 'Welfare Fund Ordinance (XXXVI of 1971), Section 4 Appeal order to be refunded after deduction in the Workers' Welfare Fund without a permanent written order passed. An order passed under 5 170 of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 was sent on remand, which was directed to approve the speech order in writing revenue and was told that the first appellate authority was not capable of doing so. Worker adjusts the refund claim to the Welfare Fund. The order was made without passing the requirements of Section 4 of the Workers Welfare Fund Ordinance. The 1971 taxation officer violated the mandatory procedure which led to its action under section 5 (9) of section (B). 129. The Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, was the first appellate authority capable of making such an order because it believed it was a fit officer who had the authority to hear and decide appeals against an order. If appropriate orders of the appellate authority are deemed appropriate, the option to set aside the appeals is rented out and the revenue appeal was excluded because of vacancies. \ r \ n
