And for this purpose he approached the court, and the court granted such relief by instructing the defendant not to interfere with the plaintiff's business and to not expel him from the premises without the law's prohibition and such. The appeal was also dismissed by the Court of Appeal against the order. The appellate court below misunderstood that the plaintiff's case falls under section 92, the CPC decision was set aside and the cases were remanded to the trial court for remand on merit. Decide
