Implementation of Article 47 and O XXI, Rr 23 A, 24 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 10A shall be decided by the jurisdiction of the Implementing Court, the jurisdiction over the object of execution and the order dealing with the objections. Filed a second execution before the Court of Appeal and dismissed its objection to the judgment. The issue of the judgment by the court was inter alia, that the decree-holder requested the execution beyond the decree, and that the second execution request was not fit, which is in connection with the question. The second request for execution; the enforcement of the rule of the judiciary and the execution of the powers of the court beyond the ruling were special questions of law and fact and therefore could not be summarized so that it was necessary for the court to decide the cases. The decision should be made and then the following questions should be decided. Talking baseless matters of law and not having the opportunity to present evidence in the facts and circumstances given was not only a violation of the principles of natural justice, but also a violation of Article 10A of the Constitution which set forth the rights to be fair. The case is guaranteed. The High Court receives the remand. The case was allowed according to law.
