The co-accused, along with the co-accused passenger, were stopped at the airport's departure lounge, and two consultants were drafted between them for a nine-hour interval, but the names of the accused were not named in the two consultants. For the first time in the FIR, in which the accused was involved in the statement of the co-accused, no recovery was made from the accused and the prosecutor acknowledged that there was no material to create a relationship between the accused.
