Was involved or if it was shown that this person was involved in a hate crime or drug trafficking, there was nothing available on the record that the applicant had committed any fraud with the respondent banking company nor any of them. There is such a thing plaintiff's allegation of relying on a suit by a banking company was a straightforward financial case against which security was obtained. Unsecured security and the same was rejected against the principal borrower and liability, if any, less than Rs 100 million was exhibited against the applicant unless such liability was filed against the applicant. The petitioner is not excluded from the Pakistan (Control) Rules, 2010. The applicant cannot be placed in the Exit Control List. The High Court directed the authorities to remove the applicant's name from the Exit Control List, as the same petition in the circumstances. Was not allowed
