Article 12 (2) Ordinance of the West Pakistan Civil Courts (III of 1962), Section 18 [as amended in Section 5 of the Sindh Civil Courts (Amendment Ordinance (XXX of 2002)]] Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitution Petition Consent Order passed by order. Upon transfer of the jurisdiction to the District Court with the High Court in the matter of extending its jurisdiction through the order of the CPC, Sindh Civil Courts (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002, on the original civil side application under Section 12 (2). Cancel the application under CPC to keep the decision pending. In the petitioner's petition, the court set aside this order established by the reviewing court, saying that such a decision passed by the High Court could not be approved by the civil court. Should not have been transferred to civil court, but similar cases must have been. The High Court has decided that Section 5 of the Sindh Civil Courts has been increased in respect of the civil suit in respect of the civil jurisdiction of the district courts in Karachi. Ordinance, 2002, from Rs. 500,000 to Rs. 30,00,000, whereby all cases, appeals and proceedings include applications under section 12 (2), which have been previously valued. It is not more than the district judge's jurisdiction / appellate jurisdiction pending in the High Court. The ordinance was transferred to the District Judge of the concerned District Judge, while the decision of the West Pakistan Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962 was exercised by the district court in deciding the fact of the original civil aspects.
