Article 561 A Control of the Narcotic Substances Act (XXV of 1997), Section 9 (C) of the Constitutional Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 193, 194 and 1959 of Pakistan, Article 10A Drugs, False Evidence, Fake Proof Or, after the acquittal of the accused named in the litigation case, the trial court directed to file an FIR against the police officers (complainant and prosecutor's witnesses) with the intent to terminate the proceedings. The trial court found that the police officers (applicants) arrested the drug dealer after the accused had lodged a false FIR against him. If the prosecution fails to prove the accused against the provisions of Sections 193, 194 and 195, the PPC provides for criminal proceedings on false evidence in the court proceedings, but the relevant court has to justify the circumstances which led to the false. Guaranteed legal action against the complainant and witnesses on the evidence or fabricated allegations. Evidence showcasing notice was required before commencement of criminal proceedings and the spirit of a fair trial will be fulfilled under Article 10A of the Constitution Officer, no show cause notice shall be issued on false evidence or any negligence made by them.
