R26 Constitution Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional petition increased, Chief Justice's grant petitioner complained that the Chief Justice's High Court allowed him and another officer two advance increments, but they were not paid. The High Court Justices have absolute powers under R26 of the High Court Establishment Rules, the Registrar of the High Court was not authorized to give an increment to any employee of the High Court, including the Registrar of the High Court. Add a word to an order approved by the registrar of the Chief Justice High Court, the law had no authority to interfere with the orders of the Chief Justice approved under R26 of the High Court Establishment (Appointment and Terms of Service) Rules. The High Court held that the note held by the Registrar is without legal authority and that all orders passed on the basis of the Registrar's proposal are invalid. The order of the High Court Chief Justice is to remain on the ground without any attack by any competent authority.
