Was filed on 5 2008 and 23 5 2008, while the appeal was filed on 5 6 2008. The contents of the petition revealed that the appellant himself was not sure whether the appeal was timely. Whether or not the appellant knew the day the decree was passed and he could file. Within 30 days the appeal limit for existing entities was granted by the Financial Institutions (Finance Recovery) Ordinance 2001, therefore, pursuant to section 29 (2) of the Limitation Act, 1908, the provision of section 5 was hereby granted. Will not be appealed for which the appeal is time-barred
