GHULAM HUSSAIN versus MALIK MUHAMMAD NIAZ

Article 15 and 30 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Appeal Parties denying the relationship of the landlord and tenant to the applicant (the tenant) had admitted that he had contracted to sell the cover in his favor. No title was generated from the sale agreement and on the basis of such agreement the applicant cannot claim to be the owner of the property as the tenant in the premises and he will continue. Become a tenant until not only the specific performance order of the aforesaid contract is approved, but also the sale agreement was registered in favor of it. The cases were purchased by the respondent landlord and the applicant became a tenant by law enforcement. Respondent's landlord; and said that a legal notice regarding the change of ownership was also rejected by the applicant (the tenant).
