GHULAM MUHAMMAD versus FIDA HUSSAIN

The statute exemption cannot be waived because of matters relating to stat stat law and its provisions are mandatory, and even if waived, the waiver may be sought by either party and the court itself. The source did not need to be exceeded, the parties were left to plead, but the court was obliged to raise questions as to whether the limitation was to be waived if it was fixed by a limitation or special law. Will not be allowed.
