Article 4 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 1212 (3) Dismissing Appeal Rejected Appeal of Complaint Complaint filed by Appellant in Labor Court on 8 8 2006 dismissed on 24 24 2007 The appellant's petition was filed by the court on 11-12 2007 in the service tribunal on 21 10 2009, which was approved by the registrar's order appealing the restitution order. The appellant as neither the tribunal nor its registrar did not explain why he did not challenge the Labor Court's order to dismiss his complaint request and the restitution request filed by the tribunal two years later. There was no jurisdiction to withdraw the mitigation order based on such request. Appeal to exclude appellant's case through labor court will be without jurisdiction or legal authority. The impugned order of the tribunal's appeal was expressly without jurisdiction; the Supreme Court upheld the dismissal of the unwanted order and the employment of the certified appellant upon final decision. \ R \ n \ r \ n
