‑This is an appeal against reso lution No. 27 passed by the Regional Transport Authority, Lahore on 20th August 1951 by which they allowed three Transport Companies‑The Muslim Bus Service Sargodha, The Sargodha‑Bhera Bus Service, Sargodha, and The Rajput Bus and Transport Company Ltd., Sargodha too perate one return trip daily each from Shahpur to Bhera via Jhawarian a new route.
The learned counsel for the appellant has argued that since they were already operating on Sargodha and Jhawarian via Lak and between Sargodha and Shahpur no other company should have been given any permit on the new route and they alone were entitled to operate between Shahpur and Bhera. I find no force in these arguments and the fact that each limited company has been given a share in the new route as it should be. I, therefore, reject this appeal.
