GUL MUHAMMAD versus M.C.B. BANK LIMITED

The appeal for delay in receipt of the decision on section limitation delay was imposed on the appeal filed by the appellant for a period of 7 days and the delay was requested on the issue that a copy of the decision was made fifteen days after the declaration of judgment. The appellant was moved on which the High Court declared a valid decision. In open court on 1 12 2008 and it was not the case of the appellant that he was either not represented at the time of the declaration of judgment or was unaware of it till he received a copy of the judgment on 16 12 2008.
