The company, which was admittedly operating under the rules and regulations, was protected by the Pakistan Telecommunication (Reorganization) Act, 1996, therefore, it has been stated that according to the rules and regulations These are the legal rules that a corporation can create beneficial rules in relation to its employees, which in addition to the employment of 1 1996 Was the uaad. Based on the provisions of section 35 (2) of the Pakistan Telecommunication (Reorganization) Act, 1996, the Company has the power to incur losses in the terms and conditions of service of its employees who were formerly employees of the Corporation. Not even the federal government was banned under Section 35 of the Pakistan Telecommunication (Reorganization) Act 1996, the loss of the appellant guarantee from being different from such terms and conditions.
