ABDUL REHMAN versus ZIA-UL-HAQUE MAKHDOOM

Neither was it approved by the High Court to provide additional evidence nor was such a contract a part of the record in a constitutional proceeding arising out of judicial or judicial proceedings, for the High Court to exercise its jurisdiction properly. I'm not allowed to randomly select an incoming document. Record in accordance with law and without the same opportunity to the other side, the same High Court cannot consider such an agreement and cannot base its decision on it.
