The Supreme Court had directed that international seniority should be corrected on an earlier basis. The seniority list and parties were to be placed in the seniority list without any hassle accordingly the appeal for leave appeal was changed and the permission was granted and the government employee's sanity restored against the respondents according to the seniority list. Done.
