The parties filed an objection to the report submitted by the arbitrator with a fixed period of 30 days. Later, about 2/2 months after the defendants filed their objection to the said report, the court prayed to keep the award separate. Rejected, which was filed ahead of time, limiting the amount of award presented by the arbitrator and aggravating the approved decree, trial decision and injunction, the plaintiff paid excessive payment to the petitioner in the High Court. Uphold the appeal of the trial court's decree and decree, and the rest of the judgment and injunction filed before the Supreme Court. The claimant shall be terminated when the claimant had filed a request for a review. In the presence of counsel for the parties, the written notice was not required by law. The plaintiff failed to identify any wrongdoing in the decision under the judgment; no case was brought up for review in the circumstances.
